Pocztowokurierski.pl as a media platform delivering the newest information for all the senders and operators of postal and express shipping market in Poland is orginising the second Conference of Senders. The conference offers visitors an excellent networking opportunity. We are inviting all parties operating in this field: the branch co-business, service providers, suppliers of materials and technologies, institutions, unions and associations as well as government agencies and we hope to include representatives of the e-commerce sector and its institutions.

All conferees will be able to get to know more about :

 The First Conference of  Senders (June 2011)

• It was actually the first and the only opportunity to share knowledge related to the functioning of a postal and courier services, circulation of correspondence and documents, new law regulations and presentation of technologies available in our country

Postal session 

Was a meeting of all important operators from Poland and all over the world. It was also a chance to express own opinions and remarks. During the meeting the management of Poczta Polska S.A (Polish Postal Service) discussed the strategy of company’s development. Another presented issue was related to current changes in postal law – works of Ministry of Infrastructure – including significant changes in processing complaints and a matter of postal market liberalisation in 2013.

Technological session

Was about newest trends, tech solutions and devices making the management of incoming and outgoing correspondence easier. Key courier companies and a very large group of companies with high rates of deliveries were a unique audience during presentations devoted to the new solutions and services (outsourcing etc). This session was an opportunity to present new ideas and ready tools connected to the slogan of e-substitution.

E-commerce session

The presence of the biggest and most dynamically developing e-commerce stores in Poland was an interesting proposition for companies offering the newest solutions in e-logistics.

Awards

The Diamond Award of Pocztowokurierski for the best and most interesting technology and for the innovative service will be handed out to the winners during the conference.

Dinner 

We would like to close an event with an informal meeting and the dinner what we hope would encourage a two-way communication process, when business is conducted face-to-face – the most effective way to build and sustain customer relations and it would be a great opportunity to establish new contacts and participate in the friendly talks.
